Abstract
Konkurentnost i što bolji poslovni sustav stvari su kojima uvijek treba težiti. Alati za postizanje vitke proizvodnje jedan su od načina kako postati što konkurentniji, proizvoditi što kvalitetnije proizvode, ostvariti što bolju radnu okolinu i radnu atmosferu. Alati koji se koriste i koji su opisani kako bi se postigla vitka proizvodnja u nekom proizvodnom sustavu su: metoda komad po komad, Kaizen, Kanban, SMED, Poka-Yoke, 5S i dr. 5S metodologija jedan je od najbitnijih alata za poboljšanje organizacije radnih mjesta i radne okoline. Ovim alatom možemo poboljšati radnu okolinu, organizaciju alata, opreme i strojeva, osigurati sigurniji i stabilniji rad i način razmišljanja. U radu su dani primjeri implementacije poboljšanja pomoću 5S metode i primjeri za postizanje vitkije proizvodnje poboljšanjem proizvodne linije. Kontinuirana mala poboljšanja su jedini su pravi put za postizanje vitke proizvodnje i što bolje radne okoline.
Abstract (english)
Competitivness and better buisness systems are things to always strive for. Tools for achiveing lean production are one of the many ways how to become more competitive, produce a higher quality products, achive better work enviroment, better work atmosphere ande etc. Tool of lean methodology that are often used to achive this goals in some production system are: One piece flow, SMED, Kaizen, Kanban, Poka-Yoke, 5S and many others. 5S methodology is one of the most important organization tools to improve work enviroment and eork atmosphere. With this tool we can organize tools, equipment and machines, we can insure more stabile and secure work and improve the way we think about work. In this paper are given examples of improvment by implementing 5S methodology in small craft buissnies, and also in this paper are given examples to achive more lean production. Continuous small improvments are the right way to achive lean production and the best possible work enviroment.
