Abstract
U ovom radu su objašnjeni osnovni principi rada kogeneracijskih sustava, njegove prednosti i mane, glavni dijelovi postrojenja i vrste. Prema zadatku rada, izrađeno je tehničko rješenje postrojenja prema određenim parametrima te napravljen koncept postrojenja koji pokreće plinski motor. Opisan je koncept postrojenja, princip rada i izbor dijelova. Kako bi svi odabrani dijelovi zadovoljili potrebne uvjete napravljen je proračun dimnih plinova, te proračuni topline motora i utilizatora. Također, proračun uključuje dodatne provjere predanih toplina na temelju kojih je rađen t-Q dijagram. Na kraju, izračunata je potrošnja goriva i energetska bilanca kako bi se vidjela iskoristivost cijelog postrojenja.
Abstract (english)
This paper explains the basic principles of operation of cogeneration systems, its advantages and disadvantages, main parts of the plant and types. According to the task of the final paper, the technical solution of the plant was made according to certain parameters, and the concept of the plant that drives the gas engine. The concept of the plant, the principle of operation and the choice of parts are described. In order for all selected parts to meet the necessary conditions, a flue gas calculation was made, as well as heat and engine calculations. Also, the calculation includes additional checks of the delivered heats on the basis of which the t-Q diagram was made. Finally, fuel consumption and energy balance were calculated to see the efficiency of the entire plant.
