Abstract
U završnom radu napravljena je eksperimentalna karakterizacija aktuatora s pomičnim magnetom. U prvom (uvodnom) poglavlju ukratko se govori o osnovnom principu rada aktuatora koji se zasniva na Lorentzovom zakonu. Nadalje, opisane su vrste aktuatora i njihove prednosti i nedostaci, te oprema korištena pri izvođenju mjerenja i programsko sučelje i programski kod. Mjerenja su izvršena na neopterećenom aktuatoru s PID regulacijom, neopterećenom aktuatoru u otvorenoj petlji i na opterećenom aktuatoru u otvorenoj petlji. Mjerila se karakterizacija struje (sile) u odnosu na pomak, za aktuator u sve tri pozicije. Iz dobivenih rezultata, vidljivo je da aktuator s pomičnim magnetom ima linarnu karakteristiku struje (sile) u ovisnosti o pomak, te iz tog razloga imaju dosta veliku primjenu u industriji i sve su zastupljeniji u medicini, te u ostalim industrijskim granama gdje se zahtjevaju dosta velike preciznosti pomaka.
Abstract (english)
In the final work, the experimental characterization of the actuator with the movable magnet was made. In the first (introductory) chapter, it is briefly discussed the basic principle of the actuators work based on Lorentz's power. Furthermore, the types of actuators and their advantages and disadvantages, and the equipment used in the measurement execution and the software interface and the software code are described. The measurements were performed on a non-loaded actuator with PID control, unloaded open loop actuator and loaded open loop actuator. The characteristic of the current (force) in relation to the displacement is measured, for the actuator in all three positions. From the results obtained, it is apparent that the movable magnet actuator has a linear characteristic of the current (force) in dependence on the displacement, and for this reason have quite a large application in the industry and are more represented in medicine, and in other industrial branches where very large shift precision.
