Abstract
U radu su date osnovne karakteristike petoosnih strojeva, njihova primjena, te neke od glavnih prednosti. Također, kroz završni rad je prikazan proces primjene virtualne simulacije u CAM softveru. Praktični dio se sastojao od definiranja putanje alata u Mastercam-u uz odabir odgovarajućih parametara obrade. Nakon verifikacije CAM programa izrađen je obradak oblika kristalne rešetke fulerena – treće alotropske modifikacije ugljika. U tu svrhu odabran je petoosni alatni stroj Hermle, te je uz pomoć postprocesora generiran NC program za upravljačku jedinicu Heidenhain.
Abstract (english)
The final work consists basic features of the 5-axis machine, their application and some of the main advantages. Also, through the final work, the process of applying virtual simulation in the CAM software was presented. The practical part of this work was consisted of defining the toolpath in Mastercam with the selection of the appropriate processing parameters. After the verification of the CAM program, the part that shows the shape of crystalline grid of fulerine – the third alotropic carbon modification was made. For this purpose Hermle 5-axis milling machine was chosen and NC program was generated with the help of postprocessor for the Heidenhain control unit.
