Abstract
U radu se teorijski razmatraju kriteriji elektromagnetske kompatibilnosti te metode smanjenja utjecaja neželjenih parazitnih veličina. Rješenje se nalazi u dobrom projektu tiskane pločice. Cilj je izraditi pločicu koja će minimizirati zračenje radiofrekvencijskog signala, a da se pri tom ne naruši rad sklopa. U drugom dijelu rada prikazane su metode proizvodnje tiskanih pločica i to na primjeru malih i velikih proizvođača. Pokazalo se da je najkvalitetnija metoda izrade pločica laserom i foto postupkom, a najbolja metoda lemljenja s najkvalitetnijim rezultatima lemljenje na valu. Kao praktični primjer izrađen je upravljački krug koji je predviđen za upravljanje IGBT tranzistorima čiji su valni oblici upravljačkog signala snimljeni osciloskopom. Dana je i usporedba tehnologija izrade tiskanih pločica koja se temelji na dva sklopa iste namjene. Elektromagnetske smetnje ne utječu na sklopove pri nižim frekvencijama (kHz).
Abstract (english)
This thesis discusses the theoretical electromagnetic compatibility criteria and the method for reducing the effect of an unwanted capacitance and inductance. The solution lies in a good design for the printed circuit board. The goal is to create a PCB with unwanted radio frequency signal reduced to a minimum, without compromising the operational functionality of the circuit. In the second part this thesis, a comparison is made. Methods for manufacturing of printed circuit boards on two examples, small and large manufacturers. The best method, here shown is dry film laser photo plotting. For the soldering process, liquid soldering is the method that gives the best results. As a practical example, a control circuit is designed for IGBT transistor control. It is operating at 18VDC and gives the output voltage at about 16 VDC. Current frequency is set at 1.356 kHz, but can easily be changed by using different components. Circuit frequency can be changed by setting different values for capacitor Ct. The given comparison on practical examples of a differently manufactured PCBs, show that both technologies are good for lower frequencies.
