Abstract
Zadatak ovog rada bio je izrada HMI-a odnosno sučelja za komunikaciju čovjeka i stroja koje se koristi za kontrolu i upravljanje elektrolučnom peći. Cilj je bio dati uvid u rad elektrolučne peći te izradu software-a potrebnih za rad te praćenje rada elektrolučne peći. Rad se sastoji od praktičnog i teorijskog dijela. Praktični dio obuhvaća izradu HMI-a odnosno jednog njegovog dijela, dok su kroz teorijski dio pobliže opisani dijelovi te princip rada elektrolučne peći, utjecaj elektrolučne peći na rad elektroenergetskog sustav, uzroci problema koje peć stvara u mreži te njihovo rješenje. Također kroz rad je opisan postupak automatiziranja postrojenja sa elektrolučnom peći, od izrade HMI-a i software-a za PLC uređaje, do njihovog kasnijeg povezivanja te testiranja funkcionalnosti. U teorijskom se djelu nalaze slike i opis HMI stranica izrađenih u sklopu praktičnog dijela ovog rada.
Abstract (english)
The task of this thesis was to create an HMI or human machine interface which is used for control and monitoring of electric arc furnace. The aim was to proivide insight into the operation of electric arc furnace and development of software required for operation and monitoring of electric arc furnace. The thesis consist of practical and teoretical part. The practical part involves the development of HMI, while the theoretical part details the described parts and the priciple of electric arc furnace, its influence on the power system, the problems caused by the furnace in the grid and their solution. Also, the paper describes the proces of automating the steel making plant that involes electric arc furance, from developing the HMI and PLC software to their connection and testing. Also, in the teoretical part, there are the images and description oh HMI pages created within the practical part of this thesis.
