Abstract
Tema ovog završnog rada je parnoturbinsko postrojenje u kojem je bilo potrebno projektirati parnoturbinsko postrojenje izlazne snage 130 MW. U uvodnom dijelu rada opisani su principi rada parnoturbinskog postrojenja, opisani su pojedini najvažniji dijelovi parnoturbinskog postrojenja kao što su generator pare, kondenzator, parna turbina, rashladni sustavi, parni ejektor, te je obuhvaćeno vrsta goriva koju će parnoturbinsko postrojenje koristiti. More postrojenju, a na kraju rada je izrađen proračun parnoturbinskog postrojenja gdje je zbog povećanja iskoristivosti cjelokupnog procesa primijenjeno međupregrijanje i regenerativno zagrijavanje napojne vode. Uz proračun su izrađene pripadajuće sheme i dijagrami, te idejni nacrt parnoturbinskog postrojenja. Navedena tehnička dokumentacija je izrađena u programskom paketu Autocad. U termodinamičkom proračunu su izračunate vrijednosti stanja fluida u određenim točkama, kao i dovedena i odvedena toplina, snaga turbine, iskoristivost procesa, potrošnja goriva i količina pare potrebne za rad postrojenja. Abstract (english)
The theme of this paper is a steam turbine facility. It was necessary to design a steam turbine power plant with output power of 130 MW. In the introductory part of the paper I described the principles of the steam turbine facility, some of the most important parts of the steam turbine power plant such as steam generators, condensers, steam turbines, cooling systems, steam ejectors, and the type of fuel used by steam turbine facility. Losses that arise in the plant are also mentioned,... More and at the end of the paper a calculation for the steam turbine power plant has been developed, where inter-heating and regenerative heating of water have been applied due to the increase of the performance of the whole process. Calculations are followed by the associated schemes, diagrams and drafts drawings. Mentioned technical documentation was created in Autocad program package. Thermodynamic calculations are used to calculate fluid values at certain points, as well as brought and taken heat, turbine power, process utilization, fuel consumption, and the amount of steam needed to operate the plant.
