Abstract
U ovom završnom radu promatrali su se gubici prilikom opstrujavanja rešetke na ulazu u hidroelektranu. Gubici se očituju padom tlaka na ulaznim i izlaznim površinama rešetki. Zadana su četiri tipa rešetki. U svakom se slučaju proučavalo strujanje na šest spojenih rešetki različitih širina. Ispitivale su se tri različite ulazne brzine fluida na svakom tipu rešetki, 1 m/s, 5 m/s i 10 m/s, a ti tipovi su bili širina 4 mm, 8 mm, 16 mm i 24 mm. Za početak je bilo potrebno izraditi geometriju rešetki u AutoCADu te Ansys Workbench Design Modeleru te na temelju izrađenih geometrija kreirati numeričke mreže koje su potrebne za provedbu simulacija. Mreže su izrađene u Ansys Meshu, a simulacije su provedene u Fluentu. Na temelju provedenih simulacija dobiveni su rezultati koji su prikazani u poglavlju Analiza rezultata.
Abstract (english)
In this final paper, main concern was to observe losses on the trash rack at the entrance to the hydroelectric power plant. The losses are manifested by the pressure drop on the input and output surface of trash racks. There are four types of trash racks. In each case, the flow of six connected racks, of different widths was studied. Three different inlet fluid velocities were tested on each type of trash rack, 1 m/s, 5 m/s and 10 m/s, and the types were 4 mm, 8 mm, 16 mm and 24 mm wide. To begin, it was needed to create geometric designs in AutoCAD and Ansys Workbench Design Modeler, and to create numerical mesh for simulation implementation based on geometry. The meshes were made in Ansys Mesh, and the simulations were conducted in Fluent. Based on the simulations carried out, the results are presented in the Results Analysis section.
