Abstract
Ovim su radom predstavljeni najčešće korišteni oblici tehnologije 3D skeniranja i 3D printanja. Ukratko su objašnjeni termini poput reverznog inženjerstva i brze izrade prototipa, kako bi se stekao dojam koliko je to polje u stvari veliko i kakvu značajnu ulogu ima u inženjerstvu. Nakon toga, detaljno su objašnjene metode i tehnologije 3D skeniranja koje se danas na široko koriste. Razjašnjene su nedoumice u svezi različitih tehnologija, dani su primjeri te navedene pozitivne strane, kao i ograničenja zbog kojih još uvijek ne postoji mogućnost slobode primjene tehnologije. Sljedeći se dio bazirao na 3D printanje, te su također navedene osnovne tehnologije i materijali koje možemo koristiti. U radu se također osvrnulo na povijest 3D printanja, razvoj te tehnologije, kao i kakva joj budućnost najvjerojatnije slijedi. U završnom je poglavlju detaljno opisan praktični dio zadatka, od dobivanja digitalnog modela remenice, preko obrade, problema na koje se nailazilo, pa sve do samog završnog modela koji je bio spreman za 3D printanje, koje je zauzelo naredna mjesta u poglavljima. U tom je dijelu dan osvrt na način i princip rada kod izrade stvarnog modela na 3D printeru. Kao zaključak, navedene su procjene izrađenih dijelova, usporedbe među njima, ali i problemi navedenih oblika tehnologije.
Abstract (english)
This thesis presents the most commonly used forms of 3D scanning and 3D printing technologies. Terms such as reverse engineering and rapid prototyping are briefly explained in order to gain insight into how much this fields are in fact huge and what role do they have in engineering. Thereafter, 3D scanning methods and technologies which are now widely used are explained in details. Some doubts regarding the various technologies have been clarified, some certain examples and positive aspects have been mentioned, as well as limitations of technology application. The following part is based on 3D printing and the basic technologies and materials that can be used. The thesis also looks back at the history of 3D printing as well as its future. In the final chapter, the practical part of the task is described in detail, from getting a digital model of the pulley, through the processing, the problems, all the way to the final model that was ready for 3D printing, which took up the place in following chapters. That part is mostly looking back at the way of making the actual model on 3D printer. As a conclusion, estimates of the manufactured parts, the comparison between them, as well as the problems of mentioned forms of technologies have been given.
