Abstract
U ovom radu prikazana je toplinska obrada metala i objašnjeni su najčešći postupci toplinske obrade. Prikazane su razne mikrostrukture čelika i objašnjena je promjena austenita u perlit, matrenzit i bainit. Objašnjena je prokaljivost i zakaljivost, te Jominyjeva metoda kojom se prokaljivost ispituje. Objašnjeno je popuštanje čelika i navedene su metode kojima se tvrdoća čelika mjeri. Zadnji dio rada prikazuje toplinsku obradu strojnog dijela koja se sastoji od kaljenja, gašenja i niskotemperaturnog popuštanja te je izmjerena tvrdoća na početku i na kraju postupka.
Abstract (english)
This paper shows heat treating process of metals and explains most common heat treating processes. It shows different kinds of steel microstructures and explains the changes from austenite to pearlite, martensite and bainite. It explains hardenability of steel and the Jominy endquench test used to test hardenability. It explains stress relieving and the methods used to measure hardness. The last part of this paper shows the heat treatment of a workpiece that consists of annealing, quenching and stress relieving, workpiece hardness is measured at the beginning and at the end of the process.
