Abstract
Ovaj rad bavi se problematikom modernizacije sustava za grijanje te pripreme potrošne tople vode. Glavni ciljevi ovog rada su određivanje godišnje potrošnje energije za grijanje i pripremu potrošne tople vode, određivanje troškovno najpovoljnijeg energenta uz eventualno korištenje solarnih toplinskih kolektora za potrošnu toplu vodu. U programu Ki Expert Plus izvedena su četiri proračuna, jedan za postojeće stanje, a ostali za različite slučajeve modernizacije. Analizom rezultata proračuna utrvrđeno je da je najisplativija varijanta zamjena postojećeg kotla na ekstralako loživo ulje kotlom na drvene pelete uz ugradnju solarnih kolektora. U tom slučaju godišnja potrošnja dvostruko je manja, a vrijeme isplativosti 8 godina.
Abstract (english)
This final paper's main topic is a modernization of a household heating and sanitary hot water system. The main goals of this paper are defining the yearly energy need for heating and production of sanitary hot water systems, defining the yearly expenses of the current system, checking if the alternative system could be more profitable than the current by also considering the use of solar collectors for production of sanitary hot water. Four calculations were made in the program Ki Expert Plus, one for the current state of the building and the rest for the proposed states after the modernization. Analysing the results we can see that the proposed state which includes the replacement of the current heat generator on oil with a heat generator powered by wood pellets is more profitable than the current one. The yearly expenses are predicted to be two times lower than the current ones, also the prediction is that the investition would pay off in less than 8 years.
