Abstract
U ovom radu objašnjen je princip skladištenja cementa u silose i njegovu otpremu iz silosa u kamione. U prvom poglavlju napisan je uvod u tematiku diplomskog rada. U drugom se poglavlju opisuje proizvodnja samog cementa. Treće poglavlje bazira se na glavne komponente upravljačkog sustava. U četvrtom poglavlju opisan je princip rada postrojenja te njegove komponente. U petom poglavlju objašnjen je postupak izrade liste komponenata. U šestom poglavlju opisan je postupak izrade upravljačkog programa u SIEMENS-ovom programu STEP 7. Sedmo poglavlje opisuje postupak izrade SCADA sustava i opis svih stranica kojima operater raspolaže dok osmo poglavlje opisuje izgled upravljačkih ormara te elemente koje sadrži.
Abstract (english)
The graduate thesis, the principle of storing cement in silos and its shipment from silos to trucks. The first chapter introduces an introduction to the topic of graduate thesis. The second chapter describes the production of cement itself. Chapter three describes the main components of the control system. The fourth chapter describes the operating principle of the plant and its components. Chapter 5 explains the procedure for creating a list of components. Chapter six describes the process of creating a driver in the SIEMENS program. Chapter seven describes the process of making a SCADA system and describing all the pages that an operator has available while the eighth chapter describes the look of the cabinets and the elements they contain.
