Abstract
Ovaj diplomski rad za temu ima postupak toplinske obrade strojnog dijela VZ.18-DT.67. U uvodnom dijelu diplomskog rada opisuju se faze u strukturi materijala te mikrostrukturne pretvorbe materijala. U sljedećoj cjelini rada opisuje se pojam toplinske obrade, opisuje fazni dijagram te razne postupke toplinske obrade, kao i pojmove prokaljivosti i zakaljivosti. Nadalje opisani su postupci površinske obrade materijala. U sljedećoj cjelini rada opisuje se tema rada, toplinska obrada materijala postupkom cementiranja, te je opisan proces toplinske obrade cementiranjem i mjerenje tvrdoće materijala. Zadnja cjelina rada posvećena je praktičnom dijelu postupka toplinske obrade strojnog dijela VZ.18-DT.67.
Abstract (english)
This graduate thesis deals with the heat treatment process of the machine part VZ.18-DT.67. The introductory part of the graduate thesis describes the phases in the material structure and the microstructural transformation of the material. The next section describes the term heat treatment, describing the phase diagram and various heat treatment processes as well as the concepts of proximity and frustration. The surface treatment of the material is further described. In the next part of the paper, the topic of work, heat treatment of the material by cementing process is described and the cementing heat treatment process and measuring the hardness of the material is described. The last part of the work is devoted to the practical part of the heat treatment process of the machine part VZ.18-DT.67.
