Abstract
Ovaj diplomski rad opisuje problematiku zaštite vjetroturbina od korozije. Da bi se pristupilo rješavanju tog problema potrebno je prethodno definirati sustave koje treba zaštititi. Zbog toga je prvotno definirana energija vjetra kao i vrste vjetroelektrana s osnovnim dijelovima. Ovisno o utjecajnim faktorima, odnosno korozivnosti okoline u kojoj su konstrukcije smještene, biraju se adekvatni sustavi zaštite. U radu su opisani mehanizmi i oblici korozije kao i metode zaštite od korozije. Kod zaštite onshore i offshore vjetroturbina najviše se koriste premazi, iako su pravilne konstrukcijske mjere također vrlo vaţne pri usporavanju korozije na površini dijelova vjetroturbine. U novije vrijeme organski premazi nastoje se zamijeniti vodorazrjedivim premazima, koji su ekološki prihvatljiviji, no međutim izrazito skupi. Premazi, odnosno debljina zaštitnog filma, određuju se na temelju korozivnosti okoline u kojoj se nalazi vjetroturbina. Agresivnija korozivna okolina znači i veće debljine zaštitnog filma. Konstantno ulaganje u istraţivanja i razvoj novih, boljih materijala, te sustava zaštite od korozije, dugoročno rezultira povećanjem efikasnosti i iskoristivosti postojećih sustava, smanjenjem troškova cjelokupnog projekta razvoja vjetroelektrana, te otvaranjem novih horizonata za razvoj modernijih konstrukcijskih izvedbi vjetroturbina.
Abstract (english)
This graduate thesis describes the issue of protecting the wind turbine from corrosion. In order to address this problem, it is necessary to define the systems to be protected. For this reason, the wind energy as well as the types of wind power plants with the basic parts have been originally defined. Corrosion protection systems are chosen depending on the corrosion of the environment in which the structures are located. This graduate thesis describes mechanisms and forms of corrosion as well as protection systems. For the protection of wind turbines the most used are the coatings systems, although construction measures can be very useful to. More recently, the goal is to replace organic coatings with water based coatings, but these are extremely expensive. The coating, or the thickness of the protective film is determined by the corrosion od the environment in which the wind turbine is located. Thicker coatings are necessary in highly corrosive environment. Constant investments in research and development of new materials and anticorrosive protection systems is resulting in increased efficiency of existing systems, cost reduction and also provide development of new, modern wind turbine constructional design.
