Abstract
Ovim diplomskim radom detaljno je prikazan proces konstruiranja vertikalnog elevatora koji služi za transportiranje paketa. U uvodnom dijelu ovoga rada prikazani su suvremeni tipovi vertikalnih elevatora koji služe i kao koncepcijska rješenja. Postupkom vrednovanja odabran je koncept koji u najvećem dijelu zadovoljava traženim zahtjevima. Proračunom su obuhvaćene glavne karakteristike vertikalnog transportera. Prvo je izabran zadovoljavajući nosivi element elevatora, zatim je odabran cjeloviti pogon koji udovoljava postavljenim zahtjevima, i na kraju proračuna su obrađeni zahtjevi sigurnosti koji omogućuju siguran rad i u slučaju nezgode. Projekt vertikalnog transportera zaključen je prikazom 3D modela i pripadnom tehničkom dokumentacijom.
Abstract (english)
This graduate thesis in detail describes the design process of a vertical elevator for the transportation of packages. The modern types of vertical elevators, which have served as conceptual solutions are presented in the introduction of this paper. The evaluation process has led to a concept that meets most of the requirements. The calculation covers the main features of the vertical conveyor. At first the proper elevating load-bearing element was chosen, then a drive that meets the set requirements was selected, and at the end of the calculation, safety requirements that enable safe and accident free operation have been taken into consideration. The design of the vertical conveyor is concluded with the 3D model and its technical documentation.
