Abstract
U ovom diplomskom radu opisan je postupak provedbe reverznog inženjerstva u generiranju i proizvodnje glodaće glave. Rad je podijeljen na tri dijela. U prvom dijelu opisana je teorija provedbe skeniranja, teorija pretvorbe skeniranog modela u 3D model, te teorija reverznog inženjerstva. Drugi dio obuhvaća prikaz provedbe 3D skeniranja, postupak pretvorbe skeniranog modela u 3D model pomoću programa Geomagic Design X, treći i posljednji dio obuhvaća pripremu modela za 3D printanje te postupak izrade virtualne simulacije CNC obrade.
Abstract (english)
In this paper it is described procedure of reverse engineering in generating and manufacturing end mill. Paper is split in three parts. In first part it is described procedure of 3D scanning, theory of making 3D model from scanned model, and theory of reverse engineering. Second part includes practical procedure of 3D scanning, procedure of transforming scanned model to 3D model with program Geomagic Design X, third and last par includes preparing 3D model for 3D printing and procedure of virtual CNC machining.
