Abstract
Zadatak ovog rada je provesti ultrazvučno ispitivanje ploče, zavarene TIG postupkom zavarivanja. U teorijskom dijelu rada su ukratko opisani osnovni pojmovi u zavarivanju, najčešće metode zavarivanja, TIG postupak te greške koje nalazimo u spojevima zavarenim TIG postupkom. Potom su u nastavku dani opisi ostalih nerazarajućih metoda ispitivanja materijala. Kod ultrazvučne metode ispitivanja opisana su njena fizička svojstva, oprema i način prikaza rezultata, tehnika ispitivanja te kalibracija sustava. U praktičnom dijelu rada je opisan sam postupak ispitivanja zavarenog spoja ploče. Za ispitivanje je korišten uređaj USM GO tvrtke General Electric i kosa sonda od 60⁰. Ispitivanje je provedeno metodom odjeka. U spoju nisu pronađene nikakve nepravilnosti, zaključeno je da je spoj tehnički ispravan te je ultrazvučno ispitivanje zavarenog spoja uspješno provedeno.
Abstract (english)
The task of this paper is performing an ultrasonic test of the plate, welded by a TIG welding process. In the theoretical part of the paper, there are briefly described the basic concepts in welding, most commonly welding methods, the TIG process and the errors found in welded TIG joints. Subsequently, the description of other non-scanning methods of material testing is given below. The ultrasound test methods describe its physical properties, equipment and way of displaying results, testing techniques and system calibration. In the practical part of the paper I have described the procedure for testing the welded joint plate. Testing was performed using the USM GO ultrasonic device from General Electric company and with the tranducer with 60 degree angle. The test was performed using the echo – pulse technique. No irregularities were found in the compound, it was concluded that the joint was technically correct and the ultrasonic weld test was successfully performed.
