Abstract
U ovom završnom radu izraĊen je idejni projekt proizvodnog sustava strojne obrade za programa izradaka u koliĉinama od qA = 34 000 kom/god (R500.0624 - zavrtanj za nosaĉ klackalica), qB = 45 000 kom/god (600.0715 - podizaĉ), qC = 34 000 kom/god (500.0623a - nosaĉ klackalice). U radu je provedena analiza proizvodnog programa koja obuhvaća analizu konstrukcijskih, tehnoloških i proizvodnih karakteristika nakon koje zatim slijedi tehnološki plan obrade. S obzirom na sloţenost i veliku zadanu koliĉinu izradaka teţiti će se univerzalnoj i specijaliziranoj proizvodnoj opremi i alatima sa povećanom produktivnosti. Procesnom metodom izvršeno je grupiranje izradaka te je odabran tropredmetni serijski proizvodni sustav za grupu izradaka ABC. Za ovaj proizvodni sustav odreĊen je prostorni raspored opreme, hodogram obrade, transport i zakljuĉno definirana je potrebna koliĉina radne snage za takav tropredmetni proizvodni sustav.
Abstract (english)
In this final work, the preliminary design of the machining system of the machining program of the production program was made in quantities of qA = 34 000 pieces / year (R500.0624 - girder bracket), qB = 45 000 pieces / year (600.0715 - pickup), qC = 34 000 pcs / year (500.0623a - gantry bracket). This paper analyzes the production program, which covers the analysis of the construction, technological and production characteristics followed by the technological processing plan. Considering the complexity and the large amount of production we will strive for universal and specialized production equipment and tools with increased productivity. The process method was used to group the workings and a three-tier serial production system was selected for the ABC workgroup. For this production system, the spatial arrangement of equipment, processing, transportation and finally defined the required amount of workforce for such three-way production system.
