Abstract
U radu je opisan električni viličar s istosmjernim motorom. On koristi trakcijske baterije za napajanje i silazni pretvarač za dobivanje potrebnog napona za rad sustava. Detaljno je opisan istosmjerni motor sa serijskom i paralelnom uzbudom, konstrukcija i funkcionalnost samog stroja s učinkovitosti i parametrima iskoristivosti. Istražena su komercijalna rješenja istosmjernih pretvarača koji se koriste u viličarima te je teorijsko razmatranje nadopunjeno simulacijom. Simulacijom je prikazano podešavanje napona na izlazu sklopa, odnosno kako silazni pretvarač spušta napon sa ulaza na napon koji je potreban na izlazu kako bi stroj funkcionirao.
Abstract (english)
In this paper there is an electric forklift with a DC motor analysis. It uses traction batteries for power supply and step down converters to obtain the required voltage for system operation. It is detailed described a DC motor with serial and parallel excitement, construction and functionality of the machine itself with efficiency and usability parameters. Commercial solutions of DC inverters used in forklifts were investigated and theoretical considerations supplemented by simulation. The simulation shows the setting of the voltage at the output of the circuit, how the step-down inverter lowers the input voltage from the input voltage needed to operate the machine.
