Abstract
Prije nego što se pristupilo izvođenju praktičnog dijela rada definirao se pojam toplinske obrade, vrste toplinske obrade, fazne pretvorbe i uvjeti njihova ostvarivanja. Potom su opisani pojmovi kaljenje, prokaljivost, te metode ispitivanja prokaljivosti i tvrdoće. U praktičnom dijelu rada procjenila se dubina prokaljivanja strojnog dijela DJ.19-SP.86. Korištena je Jominyjeva metoda određivanja prokaljivosti, a zatim je mjerena tvrdoća uzorka na tvrdomjeru pomoću Rockwellove HRC metode.
Abstract (english)
Before the practical part of the final thesis has begun, the term heat treatment, types of heat treatment, phase conversion and conditions for their realization were defined. The concepts of hardening, annealing, methods of testing annealing and hardness are described. In the practical part of the thesis, annealing depth of the machine part DJ.19-SP.86 is estimated.
