Abstract
U prvom dijelu rada opisan je problem postavljanja limova većih dimenzija na postojeći stol i oštećivanja vodilica CNC plazma/plin rezačice. Navedeni su razlozi zbog kojih je došlo do broja problema. Tada se iz njih stvara koncepcija izrade pomičnog stola na koji može staviti limove većih dimenzija i težina, bez oštećivanja vodilica CNC rezačice. Prilikom projektiranja bilo je potrebno koristiti već postojeće čelične profile i sklopove koje tvrtka ima na zalihi. U drugom dijelu rada bilo je potrebno napraviti CAD model stola iz kojeg se kasnije dobiva masu za dimenzioniranje svih dijelova konstrukcije uključujući pogonske elemente poput reduktora i motora. U nastavku na taj dio proračunava se faktor sigurnosti osovine i vratila kotača. U trećem dijelu rada, završetkom modeliranja svih definiranih zahtjeva, 3D model se analizira metodom rubnih elemenata. Analizom se prikazuju nedostaci konstrukcije te se konstrukcija iterativno poboljšava do zadovoljavajućeg rezultata.
Abstract (english)
The first part of the thesis describes the problem of laying large dimension metal sheets on an existing table and damaging the guides of the CNC plasma/gas cutting machine. The reasons for numerous problems are brought up. Then they are used for conceptualizing a movable table on which the large dimension and weight metal sheets would be layed on, without damaging the CNC cutting machine guides. Throughout the designing process it was necessary to use existing steel profiles and elements that the company has in storage. In the second part of the thesis it was necessary to make a CAD model of the table from which mass was subsequently obtained for dimensioning all parts of the structure, including drive elements such as reducers and motors. In continuation to the previous part, the safety factor of the axle and the shaft of the wheels are calculated. In the third part of the thesis, by completing the modeling of all defined requirements, the 3D model is analyzed by the edge finite element method. The analysis shows the structural defects and iteratively improves the construction to a satisfactory result.
