Abstract
U ovom radu provedena je numerička analiza izgaranja prirodnog plina u industrijskoj peći tipa BERL. Fokus rada je na utjecaju modela zračenja i turbulentnih modela temeljenih na konceptu Flamelet PDF modela. Koji turbulentni plamen gleda kao skup tankih, laminarnih, lokalno jednodimenzionalnih struktura „Flameleta“ ugrađenih u polje turbulentnog protoka. Toplinsko zračenje modelira se DO modelom zračenja. U prvom dijelu rada opisuju se teoretski modeli za proračune turbulencije i modeliranje izgaranja, dok se u drugom provodi analitički proračun i numeričke simulacije izgaranja prirodnog plina u industrijskoj peći tip 300 kW BERL.
Abstract (english)
In this work, a numerical analysis of natural gas combustion in an industrial combustor of the BERL type was performed. The focus of the paper is on the influence of radiation models and turbulent models based on the concept of the Flamelet PDF model. Which sees the turbulent flame as a set of thin, laminar, locally one-dimensional "Flamelet" structures embedded in a field of turbulent flow. Thermal radiation is modeled by the DO radiation model. The first part describes theoretical models for turbulence calculations and combustion modeling, while in the second, analytical calculations and numerical simulations of natural gas combustion in an industrial 300 kW BERL furnace are performed.
