Abstract
U ovom diplomskom radu izrađen je računalni model i analizira efikasnost rada termoelektrane nazivne električne snage 303 𝑀𝑊𝑒𝑙, s jednim međupregrijanjem i osam regenerativnih zagrijača napojne vode zadanih radnih parametara (tlak pare 178 bar, temperatura svježe pare 540°C). Model po uzoru na TE-Rijeka sastoji se do jednog generatora pare, visokotlačnog, srednjetlačnog i niskotlačnog dijela parne turbine, tri niskotlačna zagrijača, napojnog spremnika i četiri visokotlačna zagrijača. Prvi dio rada opisuje princip rada parno-turbinskog postrojenja. Nakon toga slijedi kratki opis TE-Rijeka. U drugom dijelu rada je opis izrade modela termoelektrane i provedba simulacije rada. Simulacija je provedena za opterećenja od 25%, 50%, 85%, 100% nazivne snage. Dobiveni rezultati uspoređeni su s stvarnim stanjem TE-Rijeka.
Abstract (english)
In this master's thesis a computer model and analysis of the operating efficiency of the thermal power plant with a nominal electrical power of 303 𝑀𝑊𝑒𝑙, with one reheating and eight regenerative feedwater heaters of the set operating parameters (steam pressure 178 bar, fresh steam temperature 540 ° C) has been done. The created model was modeled at TPP Rijeka and consists of one steam generator, a high-pressure medium-pressure and low-pressure part of a steam turbine, three low-pressure heaters, water feed tank and four high-pressure heaters. The first part describes the principle of operation of a steam turbine plant. This is followed by a brief description of TPP Rijeka. The second part of the paper describes the design of the thermal power plant model and the simulation of the operation. The simulation was performed for a workload of 25%, 50%, 85%, 100% of rated power. The obtained results were compared with the actual state of TPP Rijeka.
