Abstract
Tema ovog diplomskog rada je toplinska obrada strojnog dijela TK.19-DT.52. U uvodnom dijelu, tj. teorijskom, govori se o čeliku i njegovim svojstvima općenito. Nakon toga opisan je postupak toplinske obrade (poboljšavanja i indukcijskog kaljenja), ispitivanje tvrdoće, fazne promjene u čeliku te TTT dijagram. Opisana je također i metoda kojom se određuju parametri vezani za toplinsku obradu i postrojenje za samu. U praktičnom dijelu izvedena je toplinska obrada poboljšavanja kako bi strojni dio imao visoku granicu tečenja i žilavost. Pošto se tvrdoća tijekom postupka visokotemperaturnog popuštanja smanjila, pristupilo se indukcijskom kaljenju površine strojnog dijela. Tim postupkom postignuta je tvrda površina otpornija na trošenje, a jezgra strojnog dijela ostala je nepromijenjena tj. u jezgri imamo visoku granicu tečenja te visoku žilavost, a na površini tvrdu martenzitnu strukturu. Sa indukcijskim kaljenjem dobivena je tvrda površina strojnog dijela, zahtijevane tvrdoće od 56 HRC-a.
Abstract (english)
The paper presenst the heat treatment of the machine part TK.19-DT.52. The introductory part i.e. the theoretical part presents steel and its properties in general. Afterward are described the procedure of heat treatment (improvement and induction hardening), hardness testing, steel phase changes and TTT diagram. Also is described a method that determines the parameters related to the heat treatment and the plant itself. In the practical part is performed the heat treatment of the enhancement to set a upper limit of flow and toughness to the machine part. As the hardness decreased during the high temperature yielding process, came up to the induction hardening of the surface of the machine part. With this process has been achieved a hard surface more resistant to consume, and the core of the machine part remained unchanged, i.e. in the core we have a high flow limit and high toughness and a hard martensitic structure on the surface. With induction hardening was obtained a hard surface of the machine part with required hardness of 56 HRC.
