Abstract
U završnom radu opisana je mehanički upravljana tarna spojka za pogon traktora koja se upotrebljava u mnogim strojarskim sustavima i u brojnim inženjerskim sferama. U uvodnom dijelu opisane su karakteristike i funkcije spojke, dok su u drugoj cjelini opisane najčešće vrste spojki. U narednom poglavlju opisane su tarne spojke i načini uključivanja tarnih spojki. Opisan je proces i dijelovi automobilske tarne spojke jer je potrebno konstruirati tarnu spojku za pogon traktora na temelju lamela automobilskog tipa. U novoj cjelini detaljno je objašnjena struktura i princip rada mehanički upravljane tarne spojke. Napravljen je detaljan proračun tarne spojke, na temelju najvećeg okretnog momenta i pripadajuće joj snage motora, proračun potisne poluge i proračun svornjaka. Za konstruiranje mehanički upravljanja tarne spojke korišteni jsu inženjerski programi Catia V5R20 i AutoCAD 2016.
Abstract (english)
This final paper describes a mechanically operated friction clutch for tractor propulsion that is used in many mechanical systems and in many engineering fields. The introduction describes the characteristics and functions of the clutch, while the second section describes the most common types of clutches. The following section describes friction couplings and how to engage friction couplings. The process and the parts of the automotive friction clutch are described as it is necessary to construct a friction clutch to drive the tractor based on the automotive plates. The new whole explains in detail the structure and principle of operation of the mechanically operated friction clutch. A detailed calculation of the friction clutch was made, based on the maximum torque and associated engine power, the thrust lever calculation and the bolt calculation. The mechanical control of the friction clutch were designed using Catia V5R20 and AutoCAD 2016.
