Abstract
U ovom završnom radu prikazano je eksperimentalno mjerenje miješanja u dvostrukim T-spojevima prilikom čega se pratilo onečišćenje kroz spoj. Prikazana je važnost T-spoja, njegov utjecaj i način povezivnja cjevovoda kako u industriji tako i u distribucijskoj vodovodnoj mreži. Opis miješanja fluida unutar cjevovoda prikazano je putem raznih matematičkih modela miješanja kao što su model potpunog miješanja i bulk model miješanja. Detaljno je opisan način provedbe eksperimentalnog mjerenja, fizikalnih veličina, razvoj i način slaganja mjerne opreme te postupak samog mjerenja. Dobiveni rezultati mjerenja su analizirani te je zaključeno da se do potpunog miješanja dolazi tek nakon 120D te je na udaljenosti od 20D dokazano da se smanjenjem ulaznih protoka sve više približava potpunom miješanju.
Abstract (english)
In this thesis, an experimental measurement of mixing in double T-joints is presented to monitor contamination through the joint. The importance of the T-junction is shown as the impact and manner of connectring pipelines both in industry and in the distribution water supply network. The description of fludi mixing within the pipeline is presented trough variuos mathematical mixing models such as the complete mixing model and the bulk mixing model. The method of carrying out the experimental measurement, physical quantities, the preocess of the measurement and development and method of stacking the measuring equipment are described in detail. The obtained measurement results were analyzed and it was concluded that complete mixing occurs only after 120D and at a distance of 20D it has been proven that the decreasment in inlet flow rates is increasingly approaching complete mixing.
