Abstract
Ovaj rad obuhvaća projektiranje tehnološkog procesa kučišta regulatora. Svi ključni dijelovi tehnološkog procesa su obuhvaćeni u ovom radu, započevši s analizom s konstrukcijskog i tehnološkog stajališta. Nakon toga dolazi se do odabira ulaznog materijala, odljevak je optimalan izbor obzirom da sva ostala rješenja nisu bila ekonomski pogodna. Koncept tehnološkog procesa sadrži operacije glodanja, bušenja, upuštanja i izrade navoja. Nakon toga pristupa se detaljnoj razradi tehnološkog procesa i izračuna svih potrebnih parametra obrade, za svaki zahvat navedenih operacija. Slijedi izrada tehnološke dokumentacije. Na kraju izračunava se proizvodnu i ekonomsku brzinu rezanja za jedan zahvat grube i fine obrade. Izradom ovog završnog približio sam se struci te upoznao s mnogim zadacima koje ću morat rješavat na budućem poslu. Projektiranje tehnoloških procesa je složen zadatak, uključuje puno vremena i još više truda, ali je neophodan i vrlo cijenjen. Smatram da je ovo jako zanimljivo radno mjesto i planiram učiti i usavršavat se u tom smjeru.
Abstract (english)
This task covers the design of the technological process of the governor casing. All key parts of the technological process are covered in this project, starting with the analysis from a structural and technological standpoint. After that we come to the choice of input material, where I decided to cast, since all other solutions were not economically viable. The concept of the technological process includes milling, drilling, twisting and threading operations. After that, in the detailed elaboration of the technological process, I calculated all the necessary processing parameters for each operation of the above operations. The development of technological documentation followed. In the end, I calculated the production and economic cutting speed for a single coarse and fine machining operation. In the preparation of this final paper, I approached the profession and became acquainted with many tasks that I will have to solve in my future job. Designing technological processes is a complex task, it involves a lot of time and even more effort, but it is necessary and highly valued. I find this a very interesting and I plan to study and improve in this direction.
