Abstract
Ispitivanja bez razaranja vrlo su značajna i nezaobilazna prilikom pronalaženja, odnosno detekcije nepravilnosti u osnovnom materijalu. U ovom završnom radu analizirane su četiri najzastupljenije metode ispitivanja bez razaranja: metoda ispitivanja magnetskim česticama, metoda ispitivanja tekućim penetrantima te ultrazvučno i radiografsko ispitivanje. Teorijski su opisani postupci metoda bez razaranja, a detaljnije je opisana magnetska metoda koja je odabrana za provođenje ispitivanja u eksperimentalnom dijelu ovog rada. U eksperimentalnom dijelu rada preispitan je zavareni spoj atestne ploče magnetskom metodom, gdje je zavareni spoj predmet ispitivanja. Analizom rezultata ispitivanja detektirane su nepravilnosti karakteristične za postupak zavarivanja. U svrhu usporedbe i potvrde rezultata, rezultati magnetskog ispitivanja uspoređeni su s pripadajućim rezultatima radiografskog ispitivanja. Na temelju rezultata ispitivanja doneseni su odgovarajući zaključci. Zaključeno je da je ispitivanje magnetskim česticama uspješno provedeno te da je upravo ta metoda najbolja za otkrivanje površinskih grešaka.
Abstract (english)
Non-destructive testing is very important and necessary to find or detect irregularities in the basic material. In this final paper, the four most common non-destructive testing methods are analyzed: the magnetic particle testing method, the liquid penetrant testing method, and the ultrasonic and radiographic examination. Non-destructive methods were theoretically described, and the magnetic partice testing method was chosen to perform the testing in the experimental part of the examination. In the experimental part of the paper, the welded joint of the attestation plate was tested by magnetic method, where the welded joint is the subject of testing. Analysis of the test results revealed irregularities characteristic of the welding process. For the purpose of comparing and confirming the results, the magnetic test results are compared with the corresponding radiographic test results. Based on the test results, appropriate conclusions were reached. It was concluded that the magnetic particle test was successfully performed and that this method is the best for detecting surface defects.
