Abstract
Diplomski rad donosi pregled oblika korozijskih razaranja i mehanizama korozijskih procesa, metoda zaštite materijala uz detaljan osvrt na antikorozivnu zaštitu organskim prevlakama. Detaljno su opisani mehanizmi korozijskih procesa i oblici korozijskih razaranja. Primjena korozijski postojanih materijala uz odgovarajuća konstrukcijsko-tehnološka rješenja preduvjet je kvalitetne zaštite konstrukcije od utjecaja korozije. Primjenom antikorozivne zaštite organskim prevlakama metalna površina odvaja se od agresivnog medija čime se direktno djeluje na redukciju pokretačke sile procesa. Ispitivanjem premaza ocjenjuje se kvaliteta prionjivosti premaza na površinu te adhezije između slojeva, kao i kohezije unutar samih slojeva premaza.
Abstract (english)
The final tesis presents an overview of the forms of corrosion destruction and methods of corrosion protection, a method of protection of materials with a detailed review of the corrosion protection of organic coatings. The mechanisms of corrosion processes and the forms of corrosion destruction are described in detail. The use os corrosion resistant material with appropriate structural and technological solutions is a prerequisite for quality protection of structures against corrosion. By applying anticorrosive organs, the preliminary metal surfaces are separated from the aggressive media, which directly acts to reduce the force of the process. Assessment results in the quality of adhesin to the surface and the adhesion between the layers as well as the cohesion within the coatings themselves.
