Abstract
U ovom radu opisani su kompozitni materijali, njihova struktura, podjela i primjena. Razne vrste i kombinacije kompozitnih materijala omogućavaju široku primjenu kompozita u zrakoplovnim konstrukcijama. Najviše se primjenjuju kompoziti ojačani vlaknima kao i složeni kompoziti poput laminatnih i sendvič konstrukcija. Također, sve značajniju primjenu u zrakoplovima imaju i kompoziti ojačani česticama te hibridni kompoziti. Kompozitni materijali u izradi strukturnih elemenata zrakoplova imaju... More veliku prednost jer omogućavaju proizvodnju kompleksnih struktura i oblika zadržavajući pritom svoje poboljšane karakteristike. Ova napredna svojstva kompozita pružaju razvoj i proizvodnju zrakoplova male težine, visokih mogućnosti u radu, velike efikasnosti i sigurnosti. Najbolji primjeri prednosti koje kompozitni materijali pružaju su civilni zrakoplovi Airbus A380, Boeing 787 Dreamliner i vojni zrakoplov Lockheed Martin F35 Lightning II. Daljnjim razvojem tehnologije proizvodnje i automatizacije procesa omogućiti će se smanjenje cijene izgradnje zrakoplova kompozitnih konstrukcija. Less
Abstract (english)
This work describes composite materials, their structure, division and application. Various types and combinations of composite materials allow wide application of composites in aircraft structures. Fiber-reinforced composites and complex composites such as laminate and sandwich structures are most used. Particulate-reinforced composites and hybrid composites are also increasingly used in aircraft. Composite materials in the fabrication of aircraft structural elements have the great... More advantage of enabling the production of complex structures and shapes while maintaining their improved characteristics. These advanced composite properties provide the development and production of light weight aircraft with high performance, high efficiency and safety. The best examples of the benefits of composite materials are civil aircraft like Airbus A380, Boeing 787 Dreamliner and the fighter aircraft Lockheed Martin F-35 Lightning II. The further development of production technology and automated manufacturing processes will reduce the cost of composite aircraft construction. Less
