Abstract
Zadatak ovog diplomskog rada je projektirati tehnološki proces izrade vratila sa zupčanikom prema nacrtu „TF-94“ u količini od 3000 komada godišnje. Projektiranje započinje sa tehnološkom analizom dijela sa konstrukcijske i tehnološke strane. Definirana je potrebna strojna oprema, pripadajuće operacije i alati za izvođenje istih. Unutar tehno-ekonomske analize zaključeno je da je optimalni oblik ulaznog materijala otkivak. Slijedeći korak je strukturiranje tehnološkog procesa izrade... More vratila sa zupčanikom i određivanje potrebnih operacija za proizvodnju obratka. Strukturiranje sadrži operacije tokarenja (grubog i finog), glodanja i odvanog glodanja. Očitavanjem režima rada iz kataloga strojne obrade, proračunskim putem se utvrđuju vremena svih zahvata što rezultira ukupnim vremenom proizvodnje obradka. Razrađene operacije, strojna oprema i alati prikazani su u osnovnoj tehnološkoj dokumentaciji. Modeliranje simulacije obrade izvršeno je pomoću CAD / CAM tehnologije, odnosno Cam software-a Mastercam. Dobiveni rezultati usporedili su se sa proračunskim, te su se utvrdila njihova odstupanja odnosno podudaranja. Less
Abstract (english)
The aim of this study is to design the technological process of making a gear shaft according to the draft "TF-94" in the amount of 3000 pieces per year. The design begins with the technological analysis of the part from the construction and technological side. The required mechanical equipment, associated operations and tools for performing them are defined. Within the technoeconomic analysis, it was concluded that the optimal form of input material is forged steel. The next step... More is to structure the technological process of making the gear shaft and to determine the operations required to produce the workpiece. Structuring includes turning operations (rough and fine), milling and gear hobbing. By reading the operating mode from the machanical equipment catalogue, the calculation time determines the time of all operations, which results in the total production time of the workpiece. The elaborated operations, mechanical equipment and tools are presented in the basic technological documentation. Modeling of the processing simulation was performed using CAD / CAM technology or Cam software Mastercam.
