Abstract
Ručno programiranje CNC alatnih strojeva najčešće se koristi kod jednostavnijih izradaka. Naglasak u radu dat je na primjeni ručnog programiranja, za što je bilo potrebno izraditi odgovarajuću dokumentaciju (radioničke crteže, putanje alata, NC programe, operacijske listove, planove alata). Kao primjer uzet je komplet šahovskih figura pri čemu su korištena dva stroja, CNC tokarilica i CNC glodalica, iako je danas optimalno da se taj zadatak odradi na jednom stroju, CNC obradnom centru. Prije same izrade izvršena je virtualna simulacija putanje alata kako bi se izbjegla moguća kolizija, što je potvrđeno i u realnim uvjetima na CNC alatnim strojevima.
Abstract (english)
Manual programming of CNC machine tools is mostly used for simple workpieces. The emphasis of this study is given to applying manual programming, for which it was necessary to make a corresponding documentation (part drawing, tool trajectories, NC programs, setup sheets, tooling sheets). A set of chess figures has been taken as an example of manual programming. Even though, nowadays, the ideal way would be to perform this task on CNC machining center, we used two machines, CNC lathe and CNC milling machine. Virtual simulation of tool trajectory has been done prior to the production in order to avoid possible collision, which has been confirmed in real conditions on CNC machine tools.
