Abstract
U ovom radu je proračunato i odabrano najpovoljnije rješenje za izgradnju pasivne kuće koja se nalazi u Zagrebu, izvedene kao dvojni objekt. Svaki objekt se zasebno sastoji od 2 etaže. Na donjoj etaži su smješteni dnevni boravak, kuhinja,te kupaonica, WC i hodnik. Na gornjoj etaži se uglavnom nalaze dječje i bračne sobe,te još jedna kupaonica i hodnik. Gledano na period od 20 godina kao optimalno rješenje termotehničkog sustava odabran je sustav sa rekuperacijom i dizalicom topline. Temperaturni režim je 40 /45°C. Gubitci prostora isključivo se pokrivaju mehaničkom ventilacijom za koju je dimenzioniran kanalni razvod, s time da se zrak odvodi iz onih prostorija u kojima mora postojati odsis zraka (kuhinja, kupaonica i WC). Zgrada je projektirana tako da je maksimalno orijentirana i otvorena prema jugu, stoga se sunčevo zračenje zimi maksimalno iskorištavaju. U prilogu se nalaze tablice, tehnička dokumentacija koja prikazuje raspored opreme, kanalni razvod, shemu spajanja opreme, kao i shema automatske regulacije.
Abstract (english)
In this thesis is calculated and optimized solution for semi-detached passive house located in Zagreb. Each object consists of two floors. On ground floor are located living room, kitchen, bathroom, toilet and hall. On top floor are located three bedrooms and one study room, additional bathroom and hall. On the basis of 20 year period as optimal solution of thermotechnic system recuperation with heat pump is chosen. Indoor water temperature is 40 °C/45 °C. Ventilation system covers all heating demand. Dimensioning duct sections and their heating losses are calculated in this project completely. Extract air demand is determined for extract rooms (kitchen, bathrooms, toilets). The south orientation of the windows installed in corresponding walls is very important for determine the solar radiation on the window surface in winter period. Also the outside surfaces of exterior walls and roofs are heated by solar radiation. Tables, Duct design drawing, equipment disposition, equipment coupling sheme, automatic control sheme are attached at the end of this thesis.
