Abstract
Fraktalno modeliranje vegetacije je kompleksan proces stvaranja dvodimenzionalnih ili trodimenzionalnih objekata u rasponu od jednostavnih modela biljaka do kompleksnih prikaza vegetacije ovisno o podneblju. Koristeći različite metode opisane unutar ovog rada moguće je izraditi razne modele stabla, biljaka ili biljnih organa.Za demonstraciju unutar rada opisana je izrada modela fraktalnog stabla koji koristi stohastička pravila za nasumično generiranje i pravila skaliranja koja omogućavaju smanjivanje grana svakim pozivom funkcije. Rad je realiziran koristeći dva različita programska jezika za dokazivanje kompatibilnosti algoritma i omogućavanje izvoza modela za daljnje korištenje u programima koji modificiraju modele za potrebe korisnika. Koristeći prikazani primjer mogući je daljnji razvoj programa za stvaranje virtualne okoline za korištenje različitih simulacija, virtualnih programa poput virtualnog hoda šumom ili različitih igri koje koriste fizikalne promjene na modelima.
Abstract (english)
Fractal modeling of vegetation is a complex process of creating a two-dimensional or three-dimensional objects ranging from simple to complex models of plant-growing display depending on the area. Using a variety of methods described in this paper it is possible to make various tree desings, plants or plant organa. The described demonstration within the work is creating a model of a fractal tree that uses stochastic rules to randomly generate branches and scaling rules that enable the reduction of branches for each function call. Modeling is realized using two different programming languages to demonstrate the compatibility of the algorithm and facilitating export of models for further use in programs that modify the models to the needs of the user. Using the example shown, it is possible to further develop programs to create a type of virtual environment to use for different simulations, virtual programs like virtual exploration or different games that use physical changes to the models.
