Abstract
Tema ovog diplomskog rada je „Projekt tehnološkog procesa kućišta“, a izvodi se prema zadanom nacrtu br. 4.1.01.06. Odljevak se uzima kao oblik ulaznog materijala, te se postavlja koncept i razrada tehnološkog procesa kroz pet operacija. Detaljno je prikazan svaki zahvat sa skicama, korištenim alatima i definiranim parametrima obrade. Prikazana je razrada i osnovne tehnološke dokumentacije: popis operacija, operacijski listovi, popis alata. Simulacija obrade provodi se u programskom paketu Mastercam, te se uspoređuju vremena iz simulacije sa izračunatim vremenima iz razrade operacija. Utvrđuje se da su zahvati pravilno definirani pošto nema odstupanja od oblika, niti kolozije alata i obratka.
Abstract (english)
The topic od this final thesis is „Process planning of the housing“, and is performed according to the draft number 4.1.01.06. The casting is taken as a form of input material, and the concept and eleboration of the technological process through five operations is set. Each processing operations is shown in detail with sketches, used tools and defined processing parameters. Development of basic technological documentations is also shown: list of operations, operation sheets, tool list. A simulation of the processing is performed in software package Mastercam, and the times from the simulation are compared with the calculated times from the elaboration od operations. It is determined that the processing operations are correctly defined because there is no deviations from the shape, and tool collisions with the workpieces.
