Abstract
U ovom se diplomskom radu govori o promjenama unutar elektroenergetskog sustava koje zahtijevaju povećanje fleksibilnosti na svim razinama sustava. U prvom je dijelu rada predstavljen sam pojam fleksibilnosti, te su predstavljeni ciljevi Europske Unije za budućnost elektroenergetskog sektora. Također, opisani su prednosti i nedostatci implementacije OIE u sustav. Drugi dio rada obuhvaća metode čijom se primjenom može utjecati na povećanje fleksibilnosti, poput sustava za pohranu električne energije, upotrebu mikromreža i naprednih mreža te rast broja interkonekcija. U završnom se dijelu govori o ulozi krajnjih korisnika u razvoju suvremenog elektroenergetskog sustava. Zaključkom su sumirane spomenute metode i tehnologije.
Abstract (english)
In this paper, changes within the power system that require an increase in flexibility at all levels of the system are discussed. In the first part of the paper, the concept of flexibility is presented, along with the goals of the European Union for the future of the electricity sector. Also, the advantages and disadvantages of implementing renewable energy sources in the system are described. The second part of the paper includes methods whose application can increase flexibility, such as electricity storage systems, the use of micro-networks and smart grid, and increasing the number of interconnections. The final part discusses the role of end users in the development of a modern power system. The conclusion summarizes the mentioned methods and technologies.
