Abstract
Postupak toplinske obrade strojnog dijela RK.19-PT.81 svodi se na proces toplinskokemijske obrade cementiranja. Rad započinje pobližim objašnjenjem mikrostruktura čelika te faznih pretvorbi koje se odvijaju u čeliku. Zatim slijedi glavni dio odnosno toplinsko-kemijska obrada cementiranja čelika. U poglavlju cementiranja navode se sredstva koja se primjenjuju pri cementiranju čelika, opisani su i osnovni parametri cementiranja čelika. Da bi cementiranje čelika bilo potpuno potrebno je provesti i naknadnu toplinsku obradu čelika različitim načinima kaljenja i popuštanjem što je također opisano u radu. Zadnji dio rada odnosi se na postupak toplinske obrade strojnog dijela RK.19-PT.81, postupak toplinske obrade cementiranja čelika, gdje su postavljeni određeni parametri za izvdbu samoga postupka.
Abstract (english)
The process of heat treatment of the machine part RK.19-PT.81 is essentially the process of heat-chemical treatment of carburisation. The thesis begins with a closer explanation of the microstructures of steel and the phase transformations that take place in steel. This is followed by the main topic which is thermalchemical treatment of steel carburisation. The chapter on carburising lists the means used in carburising steel and describes the basic parameters of steel carburisation. In order for steel to be completely carburated, it is necessary to carry out the subsequent heat treatment of the steel with different methods of hardening and tempering, which is also described in the paper. Lastly, the final paragraph of the thesis refers to the process of heat treatment of the machine part RK.19-PT.81, the process of heat treatment of steel carburisation, where certain parameters are set for the performance of the process itself.
