Abstract
Za obiteljsku kuću gotovo nulte energije u Zagrebu, k.o. Maksimir, izveden je glavni projekt sustava grijanja i pripreme potrošne tople vode. Predmetna građevina se sastoji od negrijanog podruma, prizemlja i kata koji se griju te negrijanog potkrovlja. Sve prostorije na prizemlju i katu se griju osim spremišta u prizemlju. Sustav grijanja kao i pripremu potrošne tople vode smo izveli pomoću dizalice topline zrak - voda koja u svojoj unutarnjoj jedinici sadrži i spremnik PTV-a, a grijanje će se vršiti preko sustava podnog grijanja. Sva oprema u termotehničkom sustavu odabrana je na temelju rezultata proračuna. Na kraju je napravljen energetski certifikat u programu „KI Expert Plus“.
Abstract (english)
For nearly zero-energy house in Zagreb, Maksimir, the main project of the heating and domestic hot water preparation system was carried on. The building in question consist of an unheated basement, ground floor and first floor that are heated and an unheated attic. All rooms on the ground floor and first floor are heated except the storage on the ground floor. We performed the heating system as well as the preparation of domestic hot water using an air-towater heat pump, which also contains a DHW tank in its indoor unit, and the heating will be done through the underfloor heating system. All equipment in the thermotechnical system was selected based on the calculation results. In the end, an energy certificate was made in the "KI Expert Plus" program.
