Abstract
U ovom je diplomskom radu opisano značenje i funkcija te su predložena konstrukcijska rješenja pneumatskih mišića koji rade na podtlaku. Nakon koncipiranja je odabran koncept na kojem se temelji osnovna konstrukcijska razrada. Kroz proces razrade su prikazani brojni problemi prilikom izrade mišića te su predložena odgovarajuća rješenja. Prilikom izrade su također vršena preliminarna testiranja kako bi se naposljetku izradila dva pneumatska mišića iste konstrukcije ali različitih dimenzija i materijala. Oba mišića su podvrgnuta ispitivanjima maksimalno ostvarive sile, ovisnosti pomaka o vremenu za različita opterećenja te ponovljivosti. Rezultati ispitivanja su prikazani na pripadajućim dijagramima. Nakon analize rezultata su uspoređene karakteristike oba mišića kao i s karakteristikama krutih pneumatskih aktuatora.
Abstract (english)
This thesis describes the meaning and principle of operation of soft pneumatic muscles that operate at vacuum pressure levels and proposes the design of the above. Following the detailed process of conceptualization, an appropriate concept is chosen and used in further muscle design. Through the process of elaboration and building, numerous problems and their solutions are presented. Preliminary tests are carried out during the construction process so as to finally fabricate two pneumatic muscles with equivalent designs, but different dimensions. Both muscles were subjected to tests of maximum achievable forces, displacement vs. time dependence for different loads and positioning repeatability. The test results are presented via corresponding diagrams. After analyzing the results, the characteristics of both muscles as well as the characteristics of rigid pneumatic actuators were compared.
