Abstract
U ovom diplomskom radu izrađen je sustav za lubrifikaciju reduktora stroja s rekuperacijom ulja. Točnije za podmazivanje reduktora i pomičnih dijelova postrojenja za grubu obradu čelika. Kod izrade softverskog rješenja koristio se Tia Portal programski paket. Sustav se sastoji od dva spremnika, glavnog i pomoćnog. Iz glavnog spremnika ulje se šalje preko cjevovoda prema reduktorima stroja, ulje zatim skuplja u pomoćnom spremniku te se proces ponavlja. Ukoliko temperatura ulja padne ispod definirane vrijednosti, pale se grijači spremnika koji vraćaju temperaturu ulja unutar zadanih granica. Ako temperatura ulja previše naraste, izmjenjivač topline ga hladi sve dok se na vrati unutar zadanih granica.
Abstract (english)
In this diploma thesis, a system for machine lubrication system with oil recovery has been developed. More precisely for the lubrication of gearboxes and moving parts of the steel roughing plant. Tia Portal software package was used to create the software solution. The system consists of two tanks, the main and the auxiliary tank. From the main tank, the oil is sent via a pipeline to the gearboxes of the machine, the oil is then collected in the auxiliary tank and the process is repeated. If the oil temperature falls below the defined value, the tank heaters which return the oil temperature within the set limits are switched on. If the oil temperature rises too much, the heat exchanger cools it until it returns to the set limits.
