A technological process is a part of the production process in which the material is being transformed from the raw material to the final product, it is done by changing the shape, dimensions, surface roughness and the properties of the material. Every process is done in an operation. An operation is consisted from every labor that is done on the material in one clench. An operation is formed with more actions. The task of this thesis is to design a technological process of a regulator housing by the standard R2.1.01.10 in quantity of 15000 pieces per year. It starts with a technological analysis of the workpiece, it proves a constructional and a technological analysis based on the design given in the standard. After that the operation is explained, with an explanation of the actions that form the operation. Every action is explained in detail. All the work orders, tools and a time analysis of every action. It is followed by the technological do cumentation which consists of an inventory of all the operations, operations pages and a list of the tools that will be needed. A simulation of the technological process is also provided. It is made with the help of the CAM software package, specifically SolidCam program. The 3D CAD model that was used in Solidcam needs to be made in one of the programs provided by the software package.
