Abstract
Unutar ovog diplomskog rada izrađen je primjer proizvodnog sustava strojne obrade četiri proizvoda za slučaj kada bi se godišnja količina proizvodnje uvelike povećala. Na početku rada odabire se ulazni repromaterijal, izrađuju se planovi obrade te odabiru odgovarajuće proizvodne opreme na kojima će se odvijati proizvodnja. Unutar operacijskih listova planova obrade prikazani su svi podaci o proizvodu, načinu proizvodnje, vremenu trajanja i opremi na kojoj se odvija. Nakon toga obavljeno je grupiranje proizvoda procesnom metodom grupiranja kojom su se dobila dva najoptimalnija modela proizvodnog sustava sa po dva proizvoda. Određen je način transporta, izrađeni prostorni rasporedi i hodogrami obrade, određena potrebna radna snaga. Dobiveni rezultati grupiranja prikazani su grafičkim prikazom na kojem se može očitati ciklus obrade, kao i ukupno trajanje obrade za pojedine proizvode unutar proizvodnih sustava.
Abstract (english)
Within this graduate thesis, an example of a production system for machining four products was made in case the annual production volume would increase significantly. At the beginning of the work, the input raw material is selected, processing plans are made and the appropriate production equipment is selected on which the production will take place. All data on the product, the method of production, the duration and the equipment on which it takes place are displayed within the operating sheets of the processing plans. After that, the products were grouped by the process method of grouping, which gave the two most optimal models of the production system with two products each. The mode of transport was determined, spatial schedules and processing schedules were made, and the required workforce was determined. The obtained grouping results are presented in a graphical representation on which the processing cycle can be read, as well as the total processing time for individual products within the production systems.
