Abstract
U ovom diplomskom radu izvršena je analiza ukapljenog prirodnog plina kao energenta koji pogoni kamion umjesto dizelskog goriva. U prvom dijelu rada opisan je prirodni plin sa svojim karakterističnim svojstvima, procesi ukapljivanja i razlozi istog te transport, odnosno lanac proizvodnje, transporta i distribucije ukapljenog prirodnog plina. Potom slijedi kratak osvrt na upotrebu UPP-a u svijetu, Europi te Republici Hrvatskoj. Fokus drugog dijela rada je na opisu sustava punionica te samom načinu punjenja spremnika. U sklopu ovog dijela također je na primjeru opisana financijska računica jedne punionice. Nakon toga slijedi opis sustava goriva pogonjenog UPP-om te usporedba vozila pogonjenog dizelom i UPP-om. Nastavno na usporedbu, izvršen je proračun cjelokupnog spremnika te su naposljetku izrađeni nacrti sheme sustava goriva za dva LNG spremnika te samog spremnika ukapljenog prirodnog plina.
Abstract (english)
In this master thesis, an analysis is perforemed of liquefied natual gas as an energy source for a truck instead of diesel fuel. The first par of the thesis describes natural gas with its characteristic properties, liquefaction processes and the reasons for it, as well as transport and the chain of production, transport and distribution of liquefied natural gas. This is followed by a brief overview of the use of LNG in the world, Europe and the Republic of Croatia. The focus of the second part of the paper is on the description of the filling system and the method of filling the tank. As part of this section, the financial account of a filling plant is also described by example. This is followed by a description of the fuel system powered by LNG and a comparison of the vehicle powered by diesel and LNG. Further to the comparison, the calculation of the entire tank was performed and lastly the fuel system scheme for two LNG tanks and the liquefied natural gas tank were made.
