Abstract
Ovaj rad obuhvaća strujanje fluida oko NACA profila i urbanog objekta. U početku rada navedene su osnovne teoretske pretpostavke, na koje se kasnije nadograđuju eksperimentalni i numerički rezultati. Odradio se eksperiment u laboratorijskim uvjetima, a prikazan je i objašnjen postupak provedbe, kao i problemi te napomene prilikom korištenja zračnog tunela. Od numeričkih simulacija koristio se Eulerov i Lagrangianski model, uz sljedeće softvere: Ansys Fluent i Altair AcuSolve za FVM i FEM analize te UltraFluidX za čestični model. Tijekom rada, detaljnije je objašnjen svaki pristup te njegove prednosti i nedostatci. Većina simulacija je odrađena uz pomoć superračunala Bura, a koristili su se CPU resursi za Eulerov pristup te GPGPU za čestični. Usporedbom rezultata eksperimenata sa svim numeričkim simulacijama, potvrdili su se numerički modeli te se naknadno iskoristili za rješenje problema strujanja oko urbanog objekta.
Abstract (english)
This paper covers fluid flow around NACA profile and urban object. At the beginning of the paper, the basic theoretical assumptions are given, with addition of experimental and numerical results later in the paper. The experiment was performed in laboratory conditions, and the implementation procedure was presented and explained, as well as the problems and notes when using the wind tunnel. Euler and Lagrange models were used for the numerical simulations, with the following software: Ansys Fluent and Altair AcuSolve for FVM and FEM analysis and UltraFluidX for particle model. Each approach and its advantages and disadvantages are explained in more detail, during the work. Most of the simulations were done with the supercomputer Bura, where CPU resources were used for the Euler approach and the GPGPU for the particle approach. By comparing the results of experiments with all numerical simulations, numerical models were confirmed and subsequently used to solve the problem of flow around an urban object.
