Abstract
Diplomski rad pod naslovom „Postupak toplinske obrade strojnog dijela DB.20-DT.12“ obuhvaća općenitu definiciju i postupak toplinske obrade metala i njegovih legura, objašnjava različite vrste toplinske obrade i dijagram postupka toplinske obrade. U radu su također navedene mikrostrukturne faze čelika i fazne pretvorbe koje se pojavljuju pri toplinskoj obradi, pobliže je opisan postupak cementiranja čelika i pojedine faze od kojih se sastoji (pougljičenje, kaljenje i niskotemperaturno popuštanje) te podjela čelika za cementiranje. Navedene su i opisane različite metode ispitivanja tvrdoće materijala, dok je u praktičnom dijelu diplomskog rada proveden postupak cementiranja zadanog strojnog dijela DB.20-DT.12 i određivanja potrebnih parametara toplinske obrade, a u svrhu provjere postavljenih zahtjeva provedena je i verifikacija postupka toplinske obrade.
Abstract (english)
This graduate thesis, named “Heat treating process of workpiece DB.20-DT.12“, generally explains definition and procedure of heat treating process which is applied on metal materials and its alloys, describes various types of heat treating processes as well as associated diagram of heat treating process. This thesis also contains definitions of various microstructural steel phases and its associated transformations, gives closer description of cementing process which consists of procedures (like carburizing, hardening and low temperature release) and lists different types of cementing steels. Various methods for measuring the hardness of the material is further described, while conducted cementing procedure of given workpiece DB.20-DT.12 is described in practical part of the paper. In the end, for the purpose of checking previously set requirements, verification of cementing procedure is coducted.
