Abstract
U ovom radu opisane su fazne promjene mikrostrukture čelika kako bi se lakše shvatila potreba za toplinskom obradom. Opisane su sve toplinske obrade, a najdetaljnije opisan je proces poboljšavanja i sukladno tome opisani su i čelici za poboljšavanje. Čeliku za poboljšavanje C45E određen je kemijski sastav nakon čega se uzorak podvrgnuo procesu poboljšavanja. Kako bi mogli odrediti kvalitetu provedene toplinske obrade poboljšavanja, određena je prokaljivost i zakaljivost zadanog čelika C45E, te mu je očitana dobivena tvrdoća. Posljedni korak praktičnog dijela bila je analiza mikrostrukture obrađenog strojnog dijela LS.20-DT.56 kako bi se potvrdilo da je toplinska obrada bila uspješna i da dobiveni rezultati ispunjavaju željene zahtjeve.
Abstract (english)
This paper describes the phase changes of the steel microstructure in order to more easily understand the need for heat treatment. All heat treatments are described, but mostly improvement process, and accordingly to that the steels for improvement are also described. After the chemical composition of the C45E improvement steel was determined, the sample underwent an improvement process. In order to be able to determine the quality of the heat treatment of the improvement, I determined the hardenability, permeability and obtained hardness of the given steel C45E. The last step of the practical part was the analysis of the microstructure of the machined part LS.20-DT.56 to confirm that the heat treatment was successful and that the obtained results match desired requirements.
