Abstract
Kroz ovaj diplomski rad obrađena je tema toplinske obrade strojnog dijela MN.20-DT.18. Toplinska obrada podrazumijevala je kaljenje i niskotemperaturno popuštanje. Strojni dio izrađen je iz 75Cr1 čelika te predstavlja industrijski nož za usitnjavanje drvenog otpada. Prvi dio koji je ujedno i teorijski opisuje spektrometriju, dijagrame za toplinsku obradu i razne mikrostrukturne faze. U nastavku se govori o kemijskom sastavu i parametrima toplinske obrade zadanog čelika. Praktični dio rada započinje toplinskom obradom uzoraka prema kojima je izrađen dijagram popuštanja s ciljem dobivanja temperature optimalne za postizanje zadane tvrdoće strojnog dijela. Nakon određenih parametara popuštanje izvršena je toplinska obrada strojnog dijela, ispitana je tvrdoća te je ustanovljena uspješnost procesa. Cijeli proces izrade potkrijepljen je dijagramima, operacijskim listovima te slikama pojedinih operacija.
Abstract (english)
The topic of this graduate thesis is the heat treatment of the machine part MN.20-DT.18. Heat treatment involved hardening and low temperature tempering. The machine part is made of 75Cr1 steel and represents an industrial knife for shredding wood waste. The first, theoretical part, describes spectrometry, heat treatment diagrams and various microstructural phases. The chemical composition and heat treatment parameters of a given steel are discussed below. The practical part of the work begins with the heat treatment of samples according to which a tempering diagram is made in order to obtain the temperature optimal for achieving the specified hardness of the machine part. After defining yielding parameters, the heat treatment of the machine part was performed, the hardness was tested and the success of the process was established. The entire production process is supported by diagrams, worksheets and pictures of individual operations.
