Abstract
Ovim diplomskim radom projektirana je dizalica topline glikol – glikol koja koristi amonijak (R717) kao radnu tvar. Dizalica se sastoji od vijčanog kompresora, kondenzatora i potopljenog isparivača s cijevima u plaštu, elektroekspanzijskog ventila i ostale regulacijske opreme. Za projektne uvjete izvršen je proračun svih dijelova dizalice topline, pri čemu je proračun izmjenjivača topline – kondenzatora i isparivača izvršen ručno, prema proračunu prof. dr. sc. Riste Ciconkova [8]. Dobiveni rezultati uspoređeni su s Excel proračunom izrađenim na Zavodu za termodinamiku i energetiku Tehničkog fakulteta Sveučilišta u Rijeci čime je provjerena ispravnost tog proračuna te je izvršena kontrola učina projektirane dizalice topline u ljetnom režimu rada. Projekirana dizalica topline s faktorom grijanja zimi od εgr = 3 i faktorom hlađenja ljeti od εhl = 3 spada u uređaje visoke energetske učinkovitosti i može se reći da koristi obnovljive izvore energije.
Abstract (english)
This work is a project of a heat pump glycol – glycol that uses ammonia (R717) as a refrigerant. The heat pump consists of a screw compressor, shell and tube condenser, shell and tube flooded evaporator, electro – expansion valve and regulation equipment. All parts of a heat pump have been calculated for project conditions, whereas the calculations of heat exchangers – condenser and evaporator have been done manualy using the prof. dr. sc. Risto Ciconkov's calculations [8]. The results have been compared with Excel calculations made at the Department of Thermodynamics and Energy Engineering at Faculty of engineering, University of Rijeka which has proven the validity of the afore mentioned Excel calculations and it was used to get values of heat and cooling loads and power consumption in summer mode of the heat pump. The heat pump's heating factor is εh = 3 and cooling factor εc = 3 which classifies it in the category of high – energy efficient devices and it can be said that it would use renewable energy sources.
