Abstract
Cilj ovog završnog rada bilo je projektiranje trostupanjskog horizontalnog reduktora s uparenim kosim ozubljenjem za primjenu u industriji. Nakon proračuna osnovnih parametara uslijedio je proračun svakog stupnja zasebno. Proračun za sva tri stupnja prijenosa provjeren je u programu Gearpac-u cx 3,5 gdje je došlo do manjih promjena dimenzija zupčanika. Nakon izračuna svakog stupnja izabrano je ulje, a nakon izračuna zadnjeg stupnja odabralo se ulje koje zadovoljava viskoznost za sva tri stupnja. Budući da je kućište dosta velikih dimenzija, proračunom je dokazano da je moguće hlađenje kućišta konvekcijom i odabran je industrijski ventilator koji pomaže hlađenju ulja. Zatim je slijedio proračun minimalnog promjera vratila i duljine pera te su svi uvjeti zadovoljeni. Ležajevi su odabrani sa SKF-ove stranice i svi zadovoljavaju traženu trajnost od min 12000 h. Nakon što su svi proračuni bili završeni slijedila je izrada sklopnog nacrta i radioničkih nacrta za sva tri vratila sa zupčanicima, donjeg kućišta te gonjenih zupčanika.
Abstract (english)
The aim of this final paper was to design a three-stage horizontal reduction gear with paired bevel gears for industrial applications. The calculation of the basic parameters was followed by the calculation of each stage separately. The calculation for all three gears was checked in the Gearpac cx 3.5 program where there were minor changes in gear dimensions. An oil was selected after the calculation of each stage and after the calculation of the last stage, an oil satisfying the viscosity for all three stages was selected. Since the gear case is quite large, the calculation proved that it is possible to cool the case by convection and an industrial fan was selected to help cool the oil. Calculation of the minimum shaft diameter and key length proceeded and all conditions met. The bearings were selected from SKF's website and all met the required durability of at least 12000 working hours. At last, the assembly drawings and manufacturing drawings were made for all three shafts with the gears, lower case and the driven gears.
