Abstract
Konstruirano je podesivo modularno postolje koristeći isključivo prefabricirane strukturne i ostale elemente, prvenstveno za univerzalni ispitni stroj GALDABINI Quasar 50. Međutim moguće ga koristiti i za druge strojeve sličnih ili manjih izmjera i masa. U uvodnom dijelu razjašnjeni su zahtjevi i problematika za traženi slučaj. Nakon toga napravljena je analiza postojećih rješenja na tržištu te se usvajaju korisne karakteristike koje mogu biti od pomoći pri daljnjem konstruiranju. U nastavku je detaljno objašnjen tijek postupka konstruiranja postolja. Za svaki podsklop je posebno razjašnjen odabir i funkcija svakog korištenog elementa u njemu. Na kraju su svi kritični profili i elementi podvrgnuti kontrolnom proračunu kako bi se dokazala njihova dimenzijska ispravnost, odnosno da je cjelokupno postolje ispravno konstruirano i dimenzionirano. Računalni 3D model podesivog modularog postolja i sva pripadna nacrtna dokumentacija izrađeni su u programskom paketu Autodesk Inventor Proffesional 2018.
Abstract (english)
An adjustable modular stand has been designed primarily for the GALDABINI Quasar 50 universal testing machine, but it can also be used for other machines of similar or smaller dimensions and weights. In the introductory part, the requirements and issues for the requested case are clarified. After that, an analysis of existing solutions on the market is made and useful characteristics are adopted that can be helpful in further designing. The course of the stand design process is explained in detail below. For each subassembly, the selection and function of each element used in it is clarified separately. Finally, all critical profiles and elements are subjected to a control calculation in order to prove their dimensional correctness, that the entire stand is correctly designed and dimensioned. The computer 3D model of the adjustable modular stand and all related design documentation were created in the Autodesk Inventor Professional 2018 software package.
